These gloves excel for longsword and arming sword use, offering a sleek, lightweight design with excellent protection. While they can be used for some sabers, they aren’t as comfortable in that context. Compared to our SPES Heavies, they are much more streamlined while still providing solid protection.
The Milaneski is SG’s most protective glove—a mitten-style version of their Infinity gloves. Unlike most mitten models, it is exceptionally sleek and avoids bulkiness, making it easy to use with no break-in period required.
This model is available in three cuff styles: hourglass, regular, and long. The hourglass cuff provides the best rotational freedom but makes the wrist a bigger target. The regular and long cuffs offer good wrist stability and protection but limit movement more than the hourglass design.

Only used the gloves for a few bouts of sparing but they are very comfortable and protective. I think I would have gone with the hourglass cuffs instead of long if I were to get them again, just from a gear compatibility point of view.
